Hi, I’m Alyssa

Before this chapter, I spent twelve years leading remote organizations at Apple, helping high-achieving managers grow into confident, resilient leaders.
I loved my team, but after facing my own health challenges, and walking alongside my husband through his journey with cancer, I realized I was evolving—and I needed my life to evolve with me.
So I chose to step away from corporate life and rebuild from the inside out. It was the beginning of a slower, more intentional way of living—aligned with what matters most to me.
Because success isn’t just about what you accomplish — it’s about how you feel inside the life you’ve worked so hard to build.
Today, I’m working with a small number of 1:1 clients, preparing for my board exam, and deepening my studies in perimenopause and menopause—so I can more fully support women to feel their best through complex, transitional seasons of life and work.
